*** Fort Vale Pendle Triathlon - Sunday 10th September 2023  ***            

Pendle Triathlon club committee have decided to cancel the Fort Vale Pendle Triathlon 2023 held at West Craven Sports Centre, Barnoldswick..
With the current economic situation we have had insufficient entries to make it financially viable for this years event.

This decision was not taken lightly as over the years our annual Pendle Triathlon has been hugely successful and popular.

However, we will return in May 2024 when hopefully financial pressures on households have eased.

Pendle Triathlon club would like to thank you for your continued support.

Every year we host our Go Tri and Sprint Triathlon.

Where:  West Craven Sports Centre Kelbrook Rd, Barnoldswick BB18 5TB

Our super sprint distance is a fantastic way for anyone new to the sport who want to give triathlon a go in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

200m (8 Lengths) Pool Swim 
11km (1 loop) Bike Course 
2.5km (1 loop) Run Route 
  
Sprint Triathlon

400m (16 Lengths) Pool Swim 
22km (2 loops) Bike Course 
5km (2 loops) Run Route 

Want to get involved but arent a strong swimmer but love running ? With our triathlon you can enter a team so you can chose which element of the triathlon each members does ! 

**All participants under 16 must be accompanied on the cycle route (don't have to be competing themselves)**
