Swim, bike, run is our passion and the club provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere to build on your existing skills or learn new ones! We love to celebrate everyone's achievements and connect over our love for the sport (you only need to visit our Facebook group to see this!).
We really are a club of all levels and abilities and new members are always welcome! |

We have 2 membership options available:
*If you select this option, we will let TAC know and provide them with your email address for them to send you their paperwork.
Club benefits also include:
- Standard membership which gives you access to the club benefits below for £40.00 per year.
- Pendle Triathlon Club & Trawden Athletic club (TAC) membership which is partly subsidised by PTC for £46.00 per year*.

Club benefits also include:
- Free coached swimming sessions every Tuesday night.
- New members receive a PTC branded technical running shirt or vest (who doesn’t love a free running top!).
- Free strength and conditioning classes.
- Fully marshalled open water swimming at Lake Burwain, Colne. Also if you volunteer at one of the sessions we run, you get a free swim that evening.
- Access to open water introduction sessions with our own open water coach.
- Free brick sessions – Bike and run at the Steven Burke Cycle & Sports Hub.
- Group led organised bike rides and runs.
- Coached track sessions throughout the year with our affiliation with Trawden Athletics Club (TAC).
- Corporate Activo membership with Pendle Leisure Trust giving you a huge saving of over £100 a year!
- Access to discounted British Triathlon Federation (BTF) core and ultimate membership which includes an annual race license!
- Access to the members only Facebook page. Here you can keep up to date with all the latest news and training events and connect with fellow members.
There is the option on the above to add affiliation to Trawden Athletics Club for an additional fee.

Coached Swim Session at Pendle Leisure Centre 20:00 - 21:00
Wednesday
Spring/Summer - Bike Ride @ 6:15pm (roughly 2 Hours)
Autumn/Winter - Strength and Conditioning Session 19.00-20.00
Thursday
Spring/Summer - Open Water Swimming at Lake Burwain
Autumn/Winter -
Saturday & Sunday's
Typically Race Days
Off Season- Park Run Tourism & Social Bike Ride
